Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because kombucha is a perishable food product, our refund policy balances food-safety with fairness.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email support@korkaikombucha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-returnable
For hygiene and safety, opened or consumed products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original Razorpay payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the credit.
